The Bedtime Battle: How to Support Toddlers and Increase Bedtime Ease

For our January expert webinar, Laurel will explain how toddlers (18+ months-3 years old) are rapidly developing and learning everything about and within their world. With this growth comes the development of independence. Bedtime often becomes a battle when a child learns what they can and can’t control. Laurel will teach you tips and tricks to eliminate the power struggle that is bedtime while still being a responsive, connected parent.

Laurel Segal (she/her), owner of The Seagull Nest, she is a certified pediatric sleep consultant, postpartum doula, child passenger safety technician and professional nanny. Laurel is a radical, queer mom to a spunky toddler, a step-mom to twin teenagers and wife. After overcoming infertility (with two different partners and multiple losses), Laurel understands the trials and tribulations associated both with trying to conceive as well as parenting a child after loss and infertility. Laurel views her business with an empathetic lens and enjoys supporting families who have been down a similar path.

Hosted by PregnantTogether founder and licensed Midwife, Marea Goodman.
